1. Terms
a. “DJF” means Dacula Junior Falcons, Inc.
b. “Referral” means any individual, company, organization, facility that may be recommended by DJF.
2. Dacula Junior Falcons("DJF") may from time to time recommend or suggest other companies, individuals, organizations or facilities(collectively "referral") that provide additional training, clinics, lessons or other services. Referral is independent and in no way affiliated with DJF. Nor is referral employee, contractor or other related entity. DJF does not warrant the performance of any referral and assumes no liability for any actions or services provided by referral. for any other claims, damages or liabilities you may have out of your dealings with referral. DJF does not warrant the services provided by any referral. DJF assumes no liability for any actions of the referral.
